OUR STORY
The Herbal Earth is born in the most colorful state of India, proudly called as Rangeelo Rajasthan.
In the absence of safe holi colors in one of the most vibrant state of our country, the eureka moment for The Herbal Earth came. With no significant income opportunities for the rural women in our vicinity, we decided to manufacture herbal holi colors.
Today, The Herbal Earth has become constant source of livelihood for many rural women. Economic empowerment of women as a precursor to their social empowerment helped in improving their status, both socially and economically.
We are a young and enthusiastic team of people, fascinated by the colors, festivals and culture of our country.
Our zeal is to revitalise the colorful festival of holi, in every part of the world with our herbal range of holi colours.

What you see here is Rita, one of our first team members, who has been with us since day one. From mixing our earliest batches of herbal gulal to leading color drying today, she embodies the spirit of The Herbal Earth — dedication, care, and pride in creating something truly pure.
We are a women-led, women-majority organization, with over 80% of our workforce being women working at the grassroots level in rural Rajasthan. Together, we are not only creating herbal, eco-friendly Holi colors that are safe for the skin and the planet, but also building livelihoods, confidence, and community.
Our vision is to transform how the world celebrates — with colors that are as kind as they are vibrant. Already loved across India and in global markets, our products stand as proof that when women lead with purpose, the result is a world-class product with a heart.
